Monday Mentorship is an intensive training program for those pursuing church ordination, offering essential leadership skills and spiritual guidance through a structured reading schedule and interactive discussions. The program focuses on developing abilities to handle difficult conversations and conflicts, preparing participants for full-time ministry and mentorship roles within their congregations.

Graduates of the Monday Night Mentorship program become mentors to groups of 12, passing on their knowledge and skills to foster spiritual growth. This cycle of discipleship encourages participants to lead and expand the church community by training new leaders.
